& d% W6 t3 L, P) k+ GTo provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

Responsibilities
0 I& z2 e. B" |8 P [2 r4 e•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages* b# H9 ]0 |% v" K9 t3 ]
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents" p% h# c6 t/ s, P' ~( Q2 {, K
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
" D) P3 Y( o G) t3 ]•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
- K6 o/ k" s) U8 ]4 F•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
+ g v) j. U' c9 n•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships8 C1 j5 C) ^( S
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
- k8 N/ |" d4 B" [•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
- f+ {* G0 t( J' T( j. E9 Z3 z•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
