5 b/ }" p; S8 r% HTo provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations., O, Q# Z5 |* ~, n& v( k

Responsibilities: I: ]2 m2 M+ M3 m# @& z+ Z2 O) ^
•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages/ _+ g* H! g5 ~7 f0 I7 O- W
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents; q; {% ~* i/ [6 C
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
6 { U, S* U0 `8 u5 @) L•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work - ^4 ]( C( }* h4 }0 [
•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing

1 e" l# O) b; X0 U' P•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
5 {0 h$ O) ]" d, O) ~) U6 S•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
