询问PR申请

粗体字第二行，楼主在UA读硕士，今年是第二年，最近在找工作。按照第二条的条件，楼主现在有61分，参考这里：http://www.workpermit.com/canada/individual/skilled.htm

年龄10分， 教育25分，语言英语项可以得16分，工作经验没有——0分；楼主的女朋友也是UA硕士，如果办一个common law，Adaptability这一项可以加10分。目前总计61分
% d& w7 Q* ^4 A4 S! T
8 c0 A1 [. ~2 z1 k, @" v4 E; N楼主的问题是：这样是不是只要楼主毕业顺利找到工作，那么就可以凭借公司offer得到Arranged employment 这一项的10分？这样总计71分不就是毕业即可申请PR了，不必像以前以为的那样要毕业工作一年才能申请？另外http://www.workpermit.com/canada/individual/skilled.htm 这里说的HRDC认证的employer是哪一类的呢？一般的工程公司或者石油公司符合这个要求吗？

请问各位大大，以上推断有什么漏洞吗~？求各种解答

多谢回复！ 但是看这个链接http://www.passportal.net/canadi ... nent-residence.aspx 中粗体字的第二条似乎对工作经验是没有要求的，不知这个是新政策还是我理解的有什么问题

  r! z' x" y9 ]7 u4 i- N这下彻底lost了  你说的这个是符合那个link里第一条CEC移民要求的，第二条我也是今天才看到，按照上面写的理解就是： 你在加拿大接受超过12个月的教育，同时你的计分体系超过67分，就有资格申请PR。而如果这个要求成立的话，只要有一个HRDC认证的公司提供了符合要求的offer，我的分数应该可以从现在的61变成71，那么就立即可以申请PR，而不需走CEC积攒一年工作经验。  不知道这个理解对不对

% O. d; u4 T6 Lok，了解了~~因为考虑 new grad第一份工作也许并不非常理想，一年内跳槽的话有个PR找工作更方便

多谢啦，知道了~这个网站是google出来的，后来在cic上核实过了，确实有一项类似的不需要一年工作经验的，但是那个仅仅针对PhD学位，与我的情况不符合，现在看来主要的途径就是CEC或者PNP，多谢热心回帖~~
