Duties include:

7 }/ r3 U1 R) s: B•        compute charges
•        knowledge of Simply Accounting software is required
  b, i# S/ @% j* t# `4 ]4 {•        prepare invoices and reports
•        take telephone calls
•        make up cheques
5 t" n8 C& o$ c  M, o, Q•        make bank deposits and reconcile records of bank transactions
•        perform computer data entry and analysis functions
* h+ B5 l1 D  E' A/ A& d•        assist with or maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records, ledgers and journals
# v/ T4 q9 U* |0 q•        assist with or perform payroll calculations
. t1 e/ r2 @7 y! V•        analyze and record business transactions and period end adjustments
% w& l2 z/ `: G( n5 A$ m# e•        prepare basic financial statements
: G% m% M& `" N- G, Y5 N% f2 K; {9 q, w•        compute and record depreciation for book and tax purposes
& h" i# t) D/ h•        perform other clerical duties.
