Duties include:

. o, x0 s. p8 v) R•        compute charges
, C" j( e- m7 D•        knowledge of Simply Accounting software is required
•        prepare invoices and reports
. R# }+ D+ K+ q, r6 W. F•        take telephone calls
•        make up cheques
! d- ^& w. W2 z9 E% F: F, C+ s•        make bank deposits and reconcile records of bank transactions
•        perform computer data entry and analysis functions
7 l3 ?, F$ l! k0 }•        assist with or maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records, ledgers and journals
) d8 E. m! F& C•        assist with or perform payroll calculations
•        analyze and record business transactions and period end adjustments
+ _1 V% Q: Y0 [2 q•        prepare basic financial statements
•        compute and record depreciation for book and tax purposes
