This option is automatically included for all applicants up to age 59, and can be purchased for ages 60 to 85 (provided the applicant is eligible). 7 t0 p8 l! \' SWhen the option is included or purchased, exclusion 1 in the policy is modified such that, after any applicable waiting period, a stable chronic) W0 ~, \/ G2 m( R8 a
condition (as defined) is covered under the policy.
“Stable Chronic Condition” means: a condition which is under treatment and which has been controlled by consistent use of medication prescribed by a “physician”; and 3 i" a N# c$ U/ U( M% ]( J; k4 r• there have been no new symptoms or change in symptoms; and/or# v# f8 ~( X7 ]9 i& n% Z* m4 h" _
• there has been no “hospitalization”or change in treatment, medication or dosage in the 180 days prior to the “effective date” of this policy. 5 U) j s, O7 \5 C, }/ u8 sIf “your” “physician” has determined that “your” health condition has improved and changes “your” treatment or medication or its dosages due to “your” improved health condition, this does not constitute a change.
