after moving to my new house, I decided to use internet phone. I did a lot research and find this one . voip.ms.
so far so good. it cost 1$ per month for the DID number and 1C per minute for incoming and out going calls. (I choose prime rate, if you choose value, it cost only half cent).  the minutes you used are calculated by every 6 seconds.  the online chat service is so good. solved all my questions on installing , billing . by the way, all in us dollors. I made call to us, Ontario, hongkong and china. all clear and fast. just like my old telus phone.  no difference.

I also set up two subaccount for cell phones. so I can use softphone (zoiper app) to call world wide when wifi is available.
