• Minimum 3 years' experience conducting plant inspections, NDE, monitoring welding/fabrication/repair/alteration and new construction of pressure and process equipment
( t1 a# y% u' f, n# c ~• Working within an inspection program to support an in-service facility including experience with Inspection database and historical management
/ A1 c/ ~' N( J. {• Developed communication, technical writing and organization skills & experience working with teams to support progression
# L |; s% U4 O6 s8 l5 l. D' i% x( M• High School diploma and API 510 Certification or Diploma in engineering technology/materials/welding/ NDT, and / or Engineering degree in mechanical/metallurgical or welding and CWB or AWS Welding Inspector certification
! d- a8 Y8 a( r& v8 lMay have ! ^, o1 F. J& Z) L( [1 d
• Additional experience with the inspection of statically and dynamically loaded structure inspection and repair 5 M. J, A/ t1 \
• Power Boiler inspection, repair and alteration experience
1 [* K! N3 F4 b1 f" r# c• Certification to API 570 and/or 653 and/or National Board commission
2 I0 B# C* S" ~• an ABSA In-service Pressure Vessel or Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspector Certificate of Competency
- v% k. @1 A( y- _• NDE CGSB or ASNT certifications level II MT/PT/UT/RT and experience+ T6 {! c, y5 r2 |) b
• Experience in SAP |
