NAPA是跟Candian Tire一样的的Auto Parts 零售店。目前西店需要人（职位Counter Clerk）待遇福利都好。具体信息如下
. X$ p, S0 f, QDuties & Responsibilities:

, F( Y4 o; p# ]1 z- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
, O# v3 r# `! Z9 u) K9 h6 n- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
4 o+ R# Y# n( ^' w. \5 f/ Q! y- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
1 O- u7 M+ X7 b: o- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:

) q/ f8 f, W1 X- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
6 q7 v& q4 H2 M0 o% O8 \3 v; ?& k- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
- Ability to use computers
/ Y/ i0 y( o9 p7 Q% g, [- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
