CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office clerk to join our team.

8 _* }$ ~4 d5 a-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
0 `  ^( [& p: ]8 H-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
& T# y3 O8 |* U( u7 Z7 {" M-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
. U$ J+ C2 W3 O& A* g' U-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
9 s# q& h, d, L3 E* c! D-        Provide friendly and professional services.

Requirements:
) W6 [) [# Y  n' h# j$ f1 Y, w% W-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
+ r+ o+ S& R! }. V9 h-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
2 g) ]+ Q, ^; M! }7 ^* G5 g% @; y-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
