CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office clerk to join our team.

Description:
8 a0 D2 {6 c* h: J$ i-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
# Y0 S+ B% ~, q4 @-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
. H- q" M0 K. u4 w) m8 ^% b5 l-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
4 I7 q  p7 j3 @  @% ^, F. j-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.

Requirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
, X$ b  S) ]( |9 q-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
+ r3 v! i# a/ ~2 M-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
