CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

Description:
-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
# ~3 T8 I; G$ B1 ]-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
1 |% u& Q3 R9 p) S# f- T-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
! H8 D7 q6 A: g( h$ L2 k. A-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
; I; f, h/ `( q  A- q9 n-        Provide friendly and professional services.

Requirements:
2 z6 w# X& Q; D. _! x-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- ]4 S. y0 D: v; l
Strong verbal English.
9 z# o% ?! Z# ?; m# h# l/ W) A-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
1 S! R9 B+ a" w* K-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
2 i& o" }' J9 g; q8 f% {' g& P-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
