CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

' F& `8 o, M, _: ?6 S. T5 j-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
9 g7 [3 E( f. k8 Z-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
; b' T5 e( H" |3 X7 k-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
3 C7 N1 Z9 P! R$ l9 n8 a8 |-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Strong verbal English.
" x6 M5 C6 Z7 ^, Q) |: U-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
/ l7 H. C" ~' t) D+ C# `-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
) r7 ~7 d3 i% S& w. U2 O- M-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
