CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office administrator to join our team.
Description:
& H. m# {5 ^; S/ `-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
7 ]# l' y0 w9 O: }1 w  f-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
% g/ n7 l7 D1 [-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
* i: H& A' ^! g1 [  u6 M, o5 c& e) ]-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.
. C2 w" m. `3 v6 oRequirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
+ e: c' Q/ X( j0 u9 u-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
