昨天收到通知, 酒税今天起增加, 主要内容如下:- b; H9 s1 i; O5 l
( a) c1 U8 G# z" J2 c- fOn March 26, 2015, the Government of Alberta announced an increase in the liquor" h. W' e" r, X/ \4 e' V
mark-up rates. The new rates will be effective as of March 27, 2015.
9 Y" Q9 ~+ h& A6 A& o5 f9 `. A/ W$ M* m$ B$ k7 i
The increase is a 22-cent per litre increase for most products. The exceptions are
2 B0 r( D, P, O) l5 H, Dproducts from small breweries, and products from cottage wineries that sell at farmers’9 W* Q, X O* Q0 p
gates/markets, with no increase. Mid-sized breweries have an increase of 11 cents per
( ?/ N1 a5 N6 L/ f3 Rlitre applied to their products. This across-the-board increase maintains the flat nature
, v/ r1 e: ^% U: c ~6 `& Qof Alberta’s liquor mark-up. In addition, Alberta will still have liquor mark-up rates that: _: j9 S& g2 R* S% t+ b

Some of the impacts on the wholesale prices are:
# a: g5 O1 d4 u+ Y' Q/ u· Beer: 90 cents per dozen; approximately 8 cents per 341ml bottle or 355ml can.
1 e% h% _; F8 W8 J5 _· Spirits: Approximately 16 cents per 750ml bottle.
