Pay rate: $19.30/HR

( t; [/ n! T; S* }) V9 q6 L3 f, bWorking in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
0 K% v: w" i& ~& H8 ]6 M* n9 d5 AUpdating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
Knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
0 F- ^, ~8 m, h& T2 `Strong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
% G( j, O! @1 @+ S+ b+ ^+ `3 x9 QAccuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills
$ v5 r! P5 c4 i  OAbility to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
9 T( y& g: V9 T. l8 A, ePrevious banking experience would be an asset
( R1 r6 y. W' j! e. ~0 [' SPlease note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Must Have Skills
! I* h9 t6 p8 H% I. l  @Data Entry Experience 2 Yrs.
Administrative experience 2 yrs
Knowledge in Real estate would be an asset.

; A, a# U8 q2 U, `+ z! QWork Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
