! ?* D: J" F. P7 wWorking in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
* ~( o8 t: j4 d4 h! ]" `Updating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
Knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
; {4 I# b" W! [Strong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
: ~* L) h) B8 `! r; f: X% C- I, v/ lAccuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills
1 g* Q# P; j+ z5 m' D% pAbility to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
Previous banking experience would be an asset
& ?4 {. _) D# [4 U( ]# S: }, k- RPlease note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Data Entry Experience 2 Yrs.
2 A" A1 P0 {+ N' ^Administrative experience 2 yrs

0 L, O/ P1 Y7 W+ E+ XWork Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
