! m' N, b2 N6 X6 n) Z  dWorking in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
# @  b% i3 F: k  ]- F, Q/ oUpdating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
) k1 B$ s2 B. ?$ iKnowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
Strong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
  Y6 a* S7 s  B/ Q$ U/ t) oAccuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills
! w6 A" B# J# LAbility to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
" H3 w; |8 [8 A; I: }( BPrevious banking experience would be an asset
Please note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Must Have Skills
Data Entry Experience 2 Yrs.

0 M* s( c  K" x/ MKnowledge in Real estate would be an asset.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
