Police have named the man who died in Monday’s crash north of Fort McMurray on Highway 63.
# T( E8 B5 ]. S( y. M! EAlan Alexander Wong, 23, died from injuries resulting from the early-morning head-on collision. Wong lived in Fort McMurray, but his family is from British Columbia, police said earlier this week.

* \/ `& s/ H( C( K% {The crash happened when Wong, heading south in a small Mazda car, lost control due to weather and road conditions and hit a gravel truck and tractor unit. Both vehicles ended up in the ditch.5 x8 q. v/ O! _% Z
The driver of the truck was not injured. Police said Tuesday they did not expect to lay charges. |
