Police have named the man who died in Monday’s crash north of Fort McMurray on Highway 63.
9 g' Z6 G3 E- e3 i7 K0 t# }6 XAlan Alexander Wong, 23, died from injuries resulting from the early-morning head-on collision. Wong lived in Fort McMurray, but his family is from British Columbia, police said earlier this week.

8 l- Q4 g' ?; P* M8 yThe crash happened when Wong, heading south in a small Mazda car, lost control due to weather and road conditions and hit a gravel truck and tractor unit. Both vehicles ended up in the ditch.2 }) ~& L6 J# K2 e
The driver of the truck was not injured. Police said Tuesday they did not expect to lay charges. |
