We are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following: . l* z' i1 Z, R& w
• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
% g# k# b3 M! v5 n8 N; N& _7 _) K• Prepare CaseWare working paper files, ' o9 f4 L; R5 y. l! { u
• Prepare financial statements & X0 H( Q" A% O) d0 e5 u
• Prepare corporate tax returns ( C* X& @4 |6 b( V, ]
• File GST returns u+ I2 w; _. U |0 e2 s$ ~5 q% L* g" p
• Process payroll& ]7 v. W- i, [( a
• File T4/T5 returns
) W* t6 N4 P, Y• Prepare personal tax returns 4 ?: y9 [( ~2 r7 T1 `
• Communication with our clients and government agencies . r/ g' g1 m4 ~( K) ?$ u
: h; ~- t+ P+ Y Z: pThe position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel. % V/ r7 M; f3 `1 W* {
