Yong Qiang Chartered Accountant is a small public practice accounting firm that serves the clients in Edmonton and surrounding areas. We provide accounting, tax, and other services for small sized businesses.

After 5 years’ development, we are expanding our operation with the acquisition of new office location. We are a firm that provide flexibility and work-life balance. We are a paperless office and believe a technology lead to high quality and outstanding service for our clients.
We are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
•        Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
2 _' F& P3 Y7 J# x•        Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
•        Prepare financial statements
1 y) Z2 H( z, E0 }•        Prepare corporate tax returns
. P! s  S3 ~9 d1 D6 L* R0 ]•        File GST returns
/ v0 W% F' k# y6 R: ]) K) l•        Process payroll
•        File T4/T5 returns
•        Prepare personal tax returns
•        Communication with our clients and government agencies

# L8 I8 y! y. M" g* v2 JThe position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel.

$ Q7 j0 _8 T/ j' f. xConsideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.

不要读这个专业，除非你有背景或者以后会接手/经营自己的business

5 r9 D( X# z. R* T9 p) f2 v, Y; M这个专业的新手一捞一大把，供大大高于求，但是这个专业到了中级就比较容易了，缺点是薪水太低，一直到了高级或者是designated就不同了，供小于求，在招工的网站，大部分要求designation的工作都要放好久才被拿下来，这个门槛卡住好多好多人。。。。
