We are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
& B% r% `9 N% s• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
' j0 [9 j& v! i! ~& a$ ^• Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
' V# M4 c; ]# h9 N0 J• Prepare financial statements
, e) T- P( b# W {, a: A5 J• Prepare corporate tax returns - a8 W1 z) V6 L3 Y1 O
• File GST returns & Q0 Y9 M+ K4 w6 Y, Y
• Process payroll) ^- W. |& a7 C6 _- {% |+ U: u- h: D
• File T4/T5 returns 2 l3 r+ m h" P: ]& Z
• Prepare personal tax returns / T; m! \0 C, N& V
• Communication with our clients and government agencies

! h/ p7 Z8 F, ?3 @) TThe position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel. ' M/ Q/ F) J, \3 K

Consideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.
