父母都是工签 一个小孩是中国护照 一个小孩是加拿大护照 请问这种情况可以申请幼儿补助吗 谢谢

You can apply for a subsidy if:

   You or your spouse/partner, or the child receiving care are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada and live in Alberta.
4 y( ?( `( ]8 v# m0 v7 V& f% ^' E    You or your spouse/partner are an Alberta resident.
+ k' m$ j2 L/ c, p" `2 `- u    Your children are 12 years of age or younger and are not yet attending Grade 7.
