父母都是工签 一个小孩是中国护照 一个小孩是加拿大护照 请问这种情况可以申请幼儿补助吗 谢谢

You can apply for a subsidy if:

( R0 ]4 Z: O/ N/ p    You or your spouse/partner, or the child receiving care are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada and live in Alberta.
( J/ }7 s- s. x" c. M    You or your spouse/partner are an Alberta resident.
& u( b: i  L1 o0 o4 \; ^) Q  Y    Your children are 12 years of age or younger and are not yet attending Grade 7.
7 \$ Z0 m( Y* }8 `  Q' w    You and your spouse/partner are currently working, attending school, looking for work or have special needs
( N+ x6 N- Z# T- H. a+ l5 _    OR
    You or your spouse/partner stay-at-home and have your child(ren) enrolled in a licensed pre-school or approved early childhood development program.
