主要工作职责：

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
; G  b: C7 j+ u-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
7 A3 R' [" \$ k/ B-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
7 v- V# `7 I! t1 {3 o7 {$ H-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
4 P7 c  D  ~1 \2 Q! h5 N-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
