主要工作职责：

Job Duties

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
/ U4 s# O3 h: E-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
( C0 r, z0 S* u% R& R. M-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
6 a1 X* I& e( L' J0 r) v3 v-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
! M' P! O/ `2 H) ]9 s  e9 e$ b0 Z-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
