• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
• showing the new house and company property;
! j. b* K: P* `8 ^; H• Organizing mail;
• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
• Other duties as required;
• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

Ideal start date: Oct 01, 2017

Qualifications
- E6 Y7 j4 K% x- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
# B$ @* U3 i2 U9 I# O- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
' d3 b4 U6 B) e6 O- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
4 T6 ?. f3 n, D- Strong interpersonal skills
