As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsibilities for:
• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
; N% G* }3 ~! v; q" q6 Y+ s• showing the new house and company property;
• Organizing mail;
• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
/ b3 z: A5 |) E6 Q1 \" I$ _• Other duties as required;
• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
% }8 }+ P) G: D# f0 S$ Y( f- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
