As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsibilities for:
• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
( B8 I  z2 f7 I4 g8 x• showing the new house and company property;
• Organizing mail;
• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
7 v  i/ A. j5 t1 |• Other duties as required;
: e  ]- K1 O. u0 U• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
) G3 j, l. y, d( K0 n8 H+ ~3 e• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
! n* N1 q/ e" R/ {* P) u- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
