Requirements:

1. Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.

3. Fluent English Speaking/communication and Writing

4. Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.

9 J. T" A2 f0 ?5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

8 \% h  [0 X; \' G7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

2. Order Acknowledge by email

3. Order Checking according to guideline

4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

5. Send orders to warehouse

  a+ Y" N8 b# j5 W3 ~: J6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

7. Follow up and report about order status

10. Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own.
