The Director of Care is responsible to support care team with necessary equipment and educational instruction to maintain a high care standards for residents; the Director of Care is responsible to be involved in organizational and professional activities that will support innovation to address individual resident care needs.5 B! Qualification: 0 @1 ~3 p: f9 M2 m* [ \ S & m! M0 u/ ]& E! n6 I3 T% ~+ mMust be a registered nurse and possesses CARNA registration in good standing. A degree in nursing will be an asset. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in health care is required. Time spent in a management role will be an asset.
